My approach emphasizes values-based living, mindfulness, and developing psychological flexibility. Together, we can explore what truly matters to you and build the skills necessary to create the life you desire where you can move forward with purpose."


Kaye received her Masters degree in Social Work from Arizona State University and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Psychotherapist. Kaye utilizes a variety of evidence based treatment modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Compassion based Therapy. Kaye's areas of practice include depression, anxiety, Women's issues, postpartum depression, divorce, co-parenting, grief and loss, body image and self-esteem, and major life transitions. Kaye works with adults age 18 and above. She accepts most insurances (including Medicare) and offers a reasonable cash rate for those without insurance. Kaye believes in making mental health care accessible to everyone, and she's willing to work with you and meet you where you're at in life.


When not working, Kaye enjoys spending time with her husband and traveling and seeing as many places as she can.
